Ash has been working at Mazinani Divorce Lawyers since 2013, building his practice from the ground up and developing deep, practical experience in Ontario’s family court system. Having worked with the firm in multiple capacities before becoming a lawyer, Ash brings a rare, end-to- end understanding of how family law cases are prepared, advanced, and tried. Ash holds a Bachelor of Arts from York University, where he graduated with academic distinction as a member of the Dean’s Honour Roll, and earned his Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School. At Osgoode, he completed the Certificate in Family Law Skills and Practice, reflecting his early and focused commitment to family law advocacy.
Ash practices exclusively family law and is known for his strength as a trial lawyer. He regularly appears before the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice, acting for clients in contested proceedings involving complex property disputes, income determination, support claims, and high-conflict parenting cases.
Ash approaches each file with a litigation-ready mindset, preparing cases thoroughly from the outset while remaining strategic and pragmatic in negotiations.

Ash is an active member of the family law bar and is a member of the Ontario Bar Association, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Family Lawyers’ Association of Ontario.
